The Band

Back in Black recreate the classic sounds of AC/DC. The Adelaide based band compromise of established and experienced musicians who have performed with some of Australia’s successful bands including Cold Chisel, Rose Tattoo and Fraternity just to name a few.

The band led by John Antonello on vocals perform songs from the Bon Scott era right through to the Brian Johnson era including hits from all albums. John has been belting out the AC/DC tunes for 30 years and has toured Australia and New Zealand.

The show starts with the most successful AC/DC album of all time, Back in Black in its entirety followed by some more classic AC/DC from the early days right through to the Rock or Bust album. The show is further complimented with video documentaries and some unseen photos spanning their whole career.

Back in Black are:

John Antonello – Vocals

John has been performing the songs of AC/DC for 30 years with well known Adelaide act ‘High Voltage’. John is the consummate front man and is able to cover the Bon Scott and Brian Johnson era’s.John has also performed with ‘Hard Rock’, Scarred for Life and The Rock & Roll Outlaws.

Mark Luciani – Guitar/Vocals

Mark has performed with a number of Adelaide bands including The Jukebox Kings, Vital Signs and Rolled Gold which also featured legendary Bass guitarist Bruce Howe (Fraternity, Jimmy Barnes Band, Mickey Finn).

Peter Rachwal – Guitar

Peter has performed with Machine Head, The Jukebox Kings, Freeco and Freight Train Fire. He has been constantly in demand within the Adelaide music scene.

Laurie Height – Bass Guitar

Laurie has been performing on the Adelaide circuit since the late 80’s. He was a founding member of The Fools, has performed with Cold Chisel harp player David Blight and The Flyers and also performs with ex Rose Tattoo guitarist Rockin Rob Riley with his original project.

Mick Rajan – Drums

Mick has performed with a number of well established artist within the Adelaide scene for the past 25 years including Just Strait, David Blight and The Flyers, Rob Riley Band and The Jukebox Kings just to name a few.
